A washed Guatemala from Dominga Perez Juan, a founding member of Jovemcafe cooperative. The cup opens with delicate floral notes—rose petals threading through—before shifting to stone fruit: ripe peach and plum with a gentle sweetness. The profile is bright and clean, built on a tea-like body. Best as a pourover to let the floral character fully emerge.
