A washed pink bourbon from a rising Colombian producer, grown through Passenger's longstanding Divino Niño partnership. Brown sugar sweetness anchors the cup, but the real draw is the bright acidity—raspberry jam and stone fruit give way to a tart blood orange finish that lingers. The balance between richness and snap makes this work as both filter and espresso, though the citrus cuts cleaner in a pourover.
