Crisp and balanced, with bright citrus notes threaded through a delicate floral character—there's a hoppy, herbal quality that lifts without dominating. The acidity is refined rather than sharp, sitting alongside a clean, approachable body. Brews well as filter coffee, where the citrus and florals come into focus.
