A high-grown Costa Rican from Tarrazú, white honeyed and sun-dried for a distinctly sweet profile. Toffee and marzipan dominate the cup, underpinned by vanilla and almond paste notes that linger softly. The light body and smooth sweetness make it approachable as a morning coffee, though it opens up nicely as pourover where the honey-forward character becomes more pronounced.
