Stereo Seasonal Blend

A split blend that pairs Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffees in equal measure. The Guatemala component brings body and structure, while the Ethiopian side—a natural-process lot from Habtamu Fikadu's holdings in Yirgacheffe—lends brightness and fruit. Together they create a coffee that works across brewing methods, balancing sweetness with enough clarity to shine as a pourover or hold its own in a French press. Since the components rotate seasonally, each iteration shifts slightly in character.
