Dune's dark roast rotates seasonally through Central and South American coffees, sourced from smallholder producers they work with directly. Each iteration balances cocoa and caramel depth with warming spice — cinnamon and baking spices thread through a full, syrupy body. The roast pulls back from the acrid edge of darker coffees, landing instead on smooth intensity; lower acidity makes this a forgiving cup that doesn't demand precision brewing.
