A natural-process Rwanda from Nyamasheke, where Red Bourbon cherries dried on raised beds for over a week deliver an unusual profile: the bright acidity and clarity of a washed coffee paired with the syrupy body of a natural. Juicy raspberry and candied citrus (think Orangina) lead, with a jam-like sweetness that lingers. Light-roasted to preserve these fruit notes — brew as pourover or filter to let the clean finish shine through.
