The coffee shows the clarity and sweetness the roaster has long chased here — bright acidity cutting through clean, sugary notes with the density and body you expect from the AA grade. Meticulous processing (careful sorting, slow drying on raised beds) shines through as crisp definition rather than muddiness. The station's majority women-led governance reflects an uncommon leadership model in the region.
