A natural-process decaf from multiple producers across Quindío, Colombia, processed through ethyl acetate decaffeination at Descafecol. The removal of caffeine leaves behind a notably sweet cup—brown sugar and candied tangerine notes sit over a rich, syrupy body that holds texture better than most decafs. Smooth enough to drink black, with none of the thin, vegetal edge that haunts the category.
