Portage leans into comfort — deep fudge and cocoa powder tones, with raisin and praline sweetness running through a malty, syrupy body. Acidity sits low, making this one forgiving across brew methods. It's particularly well-suited to cold brew, where the chocolate and cocoa powder notes deepen and smooth out.
