Placebo (Decaf - WS)
A decaffeinated single-origin with surprising depth—rich, creamy, and built to drink anytime without the caffeine jitters. Madcap uses a sugar-cane-based process (ethyl acetate) before roasting, which preserves more of the coffee's natural character than some decaf methods do. If you've written off decaf as a compromise, this one pushes back.
