Pink Lady is a medium-dark Ethiopian single-origin that balances dark chocolate depth with berry brightness and a whisper of citrus. The roast sits in that sweet spot where cocoa richness doesn't eclipse the fruit—there's a floral, almost wine-like quality that comes through. Methodical Coffee has tuned it for versatility: it works equally well as a clean pourover, where the berry and orange notes pop, or as an espresso in milk, where the chocolate anchors everything.
