A medium roast from Peru's Chanchamayo Valley, sourced from smallholder producers across the region. Bright citrus notes arrive first, softened by caramel undertones and a smooth, sweet finish. The acidity is restrained but present — think crisp rather than sharp. This coffee works well across brewing methods, though a pourover or French press will let the sweetness linger.
