A washed Caturra from high-altitude Cajamarca, where cool mountain air slows the ripening process and builds sweetness into the cup. Smooth milk chocolate forms the backbone, rounded out by black tea tannins and wild berry jam with a whisper of peach brightness. The result is balanced and approachable—equally at home as a pourover, Aeropress, or drip brew.
