A medium-dark organic coffee where the roast catches coffee oils just as they break through the surface—that sweet spot where sugars deepen without charring. Caramel and roasted grain dominate, with an underlying brightness that keeps it from turning bitter. The body is full and forgiving. Excellent alongside brunch pastries or as an after-dinner pour.
