A natural-process coffee from small farms around Okoluu, dried slowly under sun and wind to coax out the fruit trapped in the cherry. Bright blood orange acidity cuts through juicy strawberry sweetness, with a delicate wildflower note lingering on the finish. The processing deepens both the fruit and florals into something more layered than you'd expect from a sun-dried coffee. Works well as a pourover, where the acidity and aromatics stay sharp.
