This lot comes from a group of small-farm producers in Oaxaca who broke away from larger co-ops to focus on quality and direct trade. The farms grow organic Typica and Bourbon replanted after leaf rust, and the coffee shows the clean, balanced character you'd expect from that intentional sourcing.
