A washed Ethiopian from Agaro's Kolla Bolcha cooperative, grown across 759 smallholder farms on shade-planted plots. This light roast opens with peach syrup and honeysuckle, layered over cashew butter richness and a honeyed fruit sweetness that lingers. The cup balances bright acidity with a silky body—floral without losing weight, structured without austerity. Brew it as pourover or filter to let the delicate stone-fruit clarity come through; it's the kind of coffee that reveals new dimensions over several days.
