A washed Kenyan from Morris Njagi's small Kivanga estate, where an on-farm wet mill gives the roaster direct oversight from cherry to bean. The cup delivers ripe cherry and blackberry with a tart green apple brightness and a clean black tea structure underneath. This is a tea-like coffee—brisk, defined, not heavy.
