A washed Kenya from Murang'a's Gondo washing station, where small-holder farms deliver cherry the same day they harvest. Bright tangerine and black currant lead, with jammy berry and dried apricot filling the mid-palate, finishing with a subtle tamarind edge and butterscotch warmth. The cup holds together well through a full brew cycle—pourover or immersion both suit it, though higher water temps (95–96°C) keep the acidity crisp rather than letting it flatten.
