A washed Kenya from Murang'a's Gondo washing station, where over 700 small-farm producers deliver ripe cherry the same day of harvest. Light roasted to show off the bean's natural character: bright citrus (tangerine, orange) balanced against dark berry and tamarind's tart, molasses-like pull, with a stone-fruit whisper underneath. The cup sits somewhere between Kenyan classic—that bracing acidity, the berry-forward middle—and something more tropical. Brew as pourover or filter to let the citrus and fruit clarity sing.
