A bright washed Kenya from the Kangocho cooperative in Karatina, roasted light to preserve its stone-fruit clarity. Blood orange and blackcurrant dominate the cup with a creamy white-chocolate undertone that rounds out the finish. The fruit acidity here is the draw—crisp and defined rather than sharp—making this an excellent choice for filter brewing, where those citrus and berry notes open fully.
