A washed Kenya from Nyeri's high elevation zones, built on the SL28 and SL34 varieties that define the country's bright, wine-like character. At 1700–1800 meters, these beans develop the dense acidity and berry-forward profile these cultivars are known for. Brew as pourover or filter to let the tea-like clarity come through.
