Two African coffees roasted at different temperatures anchor the profile—one emphasizing bright berry notes, the other adding body and depth—while a Costa Rican component softens the edges with cashew and subtle sweetness. The result is a medium roast that swings between tart and round: summer berries cut through a velvety finish without ever tilting too dark or syrupy.
