A blend that straddles Central America and East Africa, HIGH TIDE opens with bright red berry and citrus notes anchored by dark chocolate. The medium roast holds its ground as a standalone espresso, but reveals its sweeter side—fruit and cream—when pulled as a shot into milk. It's versatile enough for pourover work too, though the roaster clearly dialed this one in for the machine.
