A washed Caturra and Catuai blend from Yonny Martinez's farm in Huehuetenango's high elevations. Melon and red apple dominate the cup, balanced by brown sugar sweetness and subtle stone fruit undertones. The clarity here comes from altitude — crisp and clean without losing body. Best as a pourover or filter to let the fruit shine.
