A natural-process Ethiopia from Sidama's high altitude zones, dried in whole cherry on raised beds. The cup lives up to its name: strawberry and blueberry dominate, with a creamed-honey sweetness and subtle cocoa undertones that ground the fruit. The body is syrupy and the acidity bright without harshness. Works beautifully as pourover; on espresso the berries punch through but the syrup softens slightly.
