A washed Catuai from Bolivia's Caranavi region, grown high on the eastern Andes slopes by the Valverde-Aramayo family at Finca Rosita. Light roasted to preserve the coffee's clarity: crisp green-apple tartness meets dried fig sweetness and a soft caramel undertone, all held together by a clean, balanced body. The washed process keeps the cup bright and structured—straightforward enough for everyday brewing, layered enough to reward a slower pourover.
