Eureka is a year-round espresso blend built for milk and crema alike. Madcap layers full-bodied coffees—typically from Central or South America—with brighter East African lots, creating a syrupy sweetness undercut by soft citrus and stone fruit acidity. The result is creamy and balanced enough to shine solo or cut through steamed milk, though the team rotates components seasonally to chase consistent flavor. Works as espresso, but also holds its own through pourover or French press.
