Eureka is a blend built for milk drinks, pairing full-bodied Central or South American coffees with East African components that bring brightness. Expect a creamy, syrupy sweetness anchored by rich caramel and cocoa notes, lifted by subtle citrus and soft stone-fruit acidity. The roaster adjusts the recipe seasonally to maintain balance year-round. While designed for espresso, it holds its own as a daily dripper via pourover or French press.
