A washed Ethiopian from Gedeb's Chelbesa community, grown by smallholder farmers at elevations above 2,200 meters in semi-forested terrain. The coffee is processed at SNAP's Danche wet mill, where ceramic fermentation tanks help develop the clean, precise character the station is known for. Rooted in Wolisho and Dega varieties, this lot reflects both the genetic diversity of Ethiopian coffee and the collective work of hundreds of small farms brought together through the washing station.
