A natural-process Ethiopia from Shakiso, produced by a collective of roughly 30 women farmers in the Guji region. The coffee dries in its fruit, which shows up as bright, layered stone fruit and berry throughout the cup — balanced enough to hold together across brew methods, jammy enough to feel special. The roaster publishes exact prices paid to Sookoo, the partner cooperative that facilitated the lot.
