A washed Ethiopia from Yirgacheffe's Yismashewa station, sourced through Balzac brothers. Fruity and floral across the board — stone fruit and jasmine leading, with a delicate tea-like structure underneath. The clarity of the washed process lets the origin's brightness come through without the deeper fermented tones you'd get from a natural.
