A medium-light roast from Gomma, Ethiopia, built on delicate tea-like notes and dried stone fruit — apricot and melon — with a spicy undercurrent and citrus brightness. The profile sits somewhere between herbal and sweet, with vanilla undertones that soften the edges. Musa Abalulesa sources from his own farm and purchases cherry from 21 neighboring smallholders, all farmed organically. This lot uses improved cultivar selections from the Jimma Agricultural Research Centre, breeding local heirlooms for clarity and consistency.
