A washed Ethiopian from Guji's Mulish washing station, built on tart peach and stone fruit that cuts through to the finish. The profile shifts as the cup cools—initial brightness gives way to honey sweetness and a refreshing, almost tea-like quality. Delicate and vibrant throughout, it rewards slower brewing where the floral notes can open without getting muddied. Try it as a pourover or filter.
