Ethiopia Kercha Natural

A natural-process Ethiopia from Guji, sourced from smallholding farmers across the region. Natural coffees divide the specialty world — some find them too funky, others seek them out precisely for their boldness. This one lands somewhere in the middle: expect a more expressive, fruit-forward cup than you'd get from a washed Ethiopian, with the fermented depth that comes from drying fruit-on-the-bean. Works best as a pourover or immersion brew, where the fuller body and layered fruit can develop cleanly.
