A washed Ethiopian from Gedeb's high-altitude zone, built on heirloom varietals grown between 1900 and 2200 meters. The roaster hasn't published tasting notes, so this is a blind discovery — a good reason to brew it as a pourover or filter, where the coffee's own character comes through cleanest. Gedeb lots tend toward floral and tea-like profiles with balanced acidity, though your experience will depend on how Heart has dialed the roast.
