A washed Yirgacheffe from Habtamu Fikadu's washing station in Danche, grown at 2000 meters on heirloom varietals (74110 and 74112). Without tasting notes from the roaster, we'd expect the classic Yirgacheffe profile: bright, tea-like clarity with citrus or floral undertones and a light, clean finish. Best explored as a pourover or immersion brew to let the delicate acidity come through.
