A washed Ethiopian from the Shakisso district, built on meticulous processing: sorted cherries, controlled fermentation, and three weeks of shade-dried rest before cup. Bright floral notes lead, followed by tangerine acidity that stays crisp without sharpness, and a silky body that carries through to a clean finish. The profile sits lighter than many washed Guji coffees—work it as a pourover or filter to let the florals sing.
