A decaf blend built for Fore Street Restaurant, drawing beans from Central and South America across three roast levels — French, Italian, and light. The result walks an interesting line: dark chocolate and blueberry notes with a smooth, approachable body that doesn't read thin or thin-bodied the way many decafs do. Works well as filter or espresso.
