A natural-process Brazilian single-origin from an Arabica-Racemosa hybrid cultivar bred for drought resilience and lower caffeine. The cup leads with dark plum and fruit taffy, followed by herbal-floral notes reminiscent of rooibos tea and rosehip, finishing with a subtle almond sweetness. The cherries dried on tree before harvest, concentrating these layered fruit and tea-like character into a full-bodied cup that works well as filter coffee.
