A medium roast single-origin from La Palmera, grown by indigenous producers in the Nasa Paez community who've maintained organic and fair-trade certifications since 2016. The cup leans toward dark chocolate and citrus — lemon brightness cutting through a cocoa-forward body — with an underlying sweetness that rounds out the finish. Straightforward and approachable; works well as filter coffee or espresso.
