A washed single-origin from Huila's Los Guacharos cooperative, where small farmers have built an integrated system for organic, low-waste production. Gala apple and concord grape lead the cup, backed by milk chocolate and praline sweetness — bright and candy-like over a syrupy body that holds through the finish. Medium roast brings out the fruit without sacrificing the rounded sweetness these coffees are known for. Works well as filter coffee or a shorter espresso pull.
