Onyx publishes the prices paid to the cooperative, making the supply chain transparent from farm to cup. The coffee carries the terroir of Colombia's high-altitude western mountains—expect the balanced sweetness and clean fruit character typical of the region, with a structured body that works well across pourover and espresso.
