Sunset Decaf

A natural-process decaf from La Unión that defies the category's usual constraints. Bright citrus and stone fruit notes sit atop a deep caramel sweetness, with enough body to hold up through a full cup. The E.A. decaffeination method — which uses ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane — preserves the coffee's fruity character in a way few decafs manage. Works well as filter coffee or espresso without tasting thin or hollow.
