A washed Burundi that draws from smallholders around Ninga Hill, a community that fought for years to get their own mill. Vanilla and date notes sit atop a rich, molasses-forward body — the kind of sweetness that lingers through the finish. Raised-bed dried, so expect a clean cup with good structure; this shows well as filter coffee or as a more textured espresso.
