A trio of roasts layered for balance: French-roasted Honduras and Italian-roasted Brazil anchor the blend with deep caramel and cocoa, while a lighter Colombian washed coffee cuts through with lemony brightness. The result is a full-bodied cup with sweetness and acidity in conversation, naming a nod to the Maine coast. Works well as drip or espresso.
