Burundi Ninga Hills

A washed single-origin from Burundi's Ninga Washing Station, sourced through direct trade at 1,900 meters elevation. Red Bourbon cherries from hundreds of smallholder farmers in the Butanyerera province are sorted by density and color as part of Long Miles' Hills Quality program. The cup itself shows the bright, clean character typical of high-altitude African washed coffees, with a crisp structure that rewards fresh brewing.
