A washed Colombia from Huila's Asobombo cooperative, grown by a collective of small-scale farmers at elevations between 1,600 and 2,000 meters. Tangerine brightness cuts through a buttery, chocolate-forward center — think milk chocolate, toffee, and nougat — with a whisper of cherry on the finish. The cup feels approachable and clean, revealing something new with each sip. Brews well as filter or espresso.
