A natural-process coffee from Bali's volcanic highlands, where smallholder farmers organized in traditional Subak Abian cooperatives tend their crops. Sun-dried inside the fruit, it delivers a syrupy sweetness layered with strawberry and lime notes, finishing with dark chocolate. The dry-processing gives it a lush, fruit-forward body that shines as a filter brew.
